Travel & Weekend Guide

The Weekend Itinerary

To help you arrange your travel and flights, here are the rough timings for our wedding weekend:

• Friday Evening
  6:00 PM onwards • Welcome Poolside Tapas

  Arrive, check into your on-site rooms, unwind, and join us for a relaxed evening catch-up by the pool.

• Saturday Afternoon
  1:30 PM • Guest Assembly

  Gathering on the main lawns ahead of the ceremony.

• Saturday Afternoon
  2:00 PM • The Wedding Ceremony

  Followed by cocktails, lawn games, an evening banquet, and dancing into the night.

• Sunday Morning
  10:30 AM – 1:00 PM • Farewell Terrace Brunch

  A relaxing brunch and fresh coffee with everyone before departures.

Accommodation

Great news—we have arranged things so that all of our guests will be staying directly on-site at Domaine D'Essendiéras for the entire weekend! There is no need to source external hotels or book local taxi links. Room allocations and final check-in details will be shared with you closer to the date.

Flights & Transfers

Flight Strategy & Planning:
Because regional flight schedules vary depending on the day of the week, we highly recommend checking alternative routing paths. Many guests find the most optimal and cost-effective option is to fly into one local airport and fly home out of another.

Venue Transfers:
To keep things stress-free, our plan is to organize a coordinated group shuttle service to transport everyone directly from the airport straight to the venue gates on Friday, and back to the airport on Sunday. Once the airline booking windows drop and flight schedules are finalized, we will update this section with the target landing times to catch the shuttle pool!
